Job Description:
Home Care AideJob Summary At Angels Among Us, we develop customized care plans tailored to each individual's unique health needs. Our experienced caregivers ensure that every patient receives compassionate and effective support at home. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Aide to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care services to clients, including but not limited to:+ Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming+ Medication Reminders+ Assisting with mobility and transfers+ Providing emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with the care team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and developments
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in home healthcare or a related field
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist clients with transfers and mobility
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a strong commitment to client-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
