Description:
Available shifts (full-time):Weekend shift offering a unique schedule with built-in flexibility during the week:
- Work 24 hours on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Plus 16 hours during the week (Monday–Friday)
- You choose your weekday hours. Pick any shifts that fit your schedule
Second shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMNight shift: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AMAre you looking for a company that invests in your future? What you'll do:
- Assemble products by hand using materials, patterns, and work instructions (some use of equipment like heat seaming or sewing machines)
- Follow written work instructions, drawings, and blueprints
- Check equipment for safe operation and perform light maintenance when needed
- Communicate ideas for improvement with supervisors and teammates
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work both independently and as part of a team
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams
- Team mindset and strong communication skills
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 75 pounds)
