Job Overview: Sky Blue Pool Supply & Service is looking for a motivated Retail & Warehouse Associate to support both customer-facing retail operations and behind-the-scenes warehouse activities within our pool supply and service business. Key Responsibilities: Retail Operations Assist in-store customers with product selection, water testing, and general pool and spa supply guidance Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service Answer customer questions and resolve basic inquiries in a timely manner Process customer purchases, payments, returns, and other point-of-sale transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment Restock and merchandise retail products to maintain an organized and well-presented sales floor Monitor product availability and communicate inventory needs to the appropriate team members Support the office team with administrative and operational tasks as needed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations Warehouse & Inventory Support Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies Stock and rotate products while maintaining an organized and accessible warehouse Refill and restock pool chemicals and other frequently used supplies Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock or supply needs Prepare materials, chemicals, equipment, and supplies for service technicians and deliveries Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and service vehicles Clean and maintain pool filter elements according to company procedures Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and common areas, emptying trash, and maintaining a clean and sanitary facility Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area Follow proper safety procedures when handling chemicals, equipment, and inventory Assist with general warehouse, delivery, and facility tasks as needed

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
