Prosecution Paralegal - Courtroom & Research

Genesee County Michigan is seeking a para-professional to support assistant prosecuting attorneys. The role involves researching legal questions, drafting petitions, motions, complaints and investigative subpoenas, and attending court hearings as the extradition contact for the office. Under general supervision, you will handle related duties, assist with pleadings, coordinate with law enforcement and DHHS, and liaise with clerks to ensure proper processing of cases.
