ICIMS Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of the iCIMS ATS platform. Gather and document business requirements from HR and recruitment stakeholders. Configure workflows, job templates, offer letters, onboarding modules, and system settings. Manage data migration, system testing (UAT), and go-live activities. Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings. Integrate iCIMS with third-party systems (HRIS, background checks, job boards, payroll systems).Provide post-implementation support and system optimization. Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with iCIMS support when necessary. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
