Receptionist

What You’ll Do: As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our office operates efficiently and that every customer interaction is a positive one.

Your responsibilities will include: Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with helpful and accurate information. Managing schedules and appointments for team members. Handling basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations.
