Assembler

Job Title Pay Rate: $18 per hour Summary: Work Mode: Onsite Location: US-Worcester 5:30am-2pm Responsibilities: Perform operations required to assemble and pack various products according to customer orders. Maintain necessary records for all operations. Check completed parts to ensure compliance with Worcester Plant Quality standards and make necessary adjustments. Assemble low-volume, high-complexity products using hand and power tools, including drills, circular saws, screwdrivers, and wrenches. Operate packaging/wrapping equipment and palletize complete units. Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping duties as necessary. Adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist the team in achieving plant and department goals by flexing when needed. Support on-the-job training and continuous improvement. Foster an environment that promotes the company's goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
