Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, build, and deliver engaging curricula, eLearning, and blended programs across the firm. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into successful training solutions and ensure high-quality delivery. The role focuses on needs assessments, creating storyboards and content, and administering LMS activities across offices. Strong instructional design theory and familiarity with SCORM are essential.
