The role is the linchpin between the studio and our clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results. Core Functions: Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & install Use Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc. Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls, create estimates, work orders, billing Coordinate between customers, production and vendors. Responsible for the quality of all products.
