Senior Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities: Lead the executive social media program in collaboration with Executive Communications, Marketing, and stakeholders to build presence, influence, and thought leadership. Develop and execute tailored social strategies for Marsh leaders via a high-touch service model. Translate business priorities into compelling thought leadership and platform-native storytelling. Create editorial calendars and activation plans to deepen executive engagement with clients, colleagues, media, and talent. Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks enabling leadership activation across regions. Lead the employer brand social media strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand leaders. Drive social strategy for enterprise initiatives, partnerships, and events with integrated activation before, during, and after programs. Key requirements5–7 years of experience delivering social media strategies in a global B2B or professional services setting. Proven track record leading executive social media and thought leadership programs with senior leaders. Excellent writing/editing skills translating complex topics into compelling content with distinct leader voices.
