Responsibilities: The Surgical Technician ensures the Operating Suite is adequately prepared for procedure by preparing instrumentation and equipment. Assists surgeon by passing instruments during operative and invasive procedures. Maintains sterile technique at all times. Demonstrates the ability to clean and sterilize all surgical instruments. Actively participates in all performance improvement activities and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GEDGraduation from a Surgical Technology Program
  • Certificate from Surgical Technologist Program or 1 year experience documentedCPR Healthcare Provider required
  • Must possess skills in scrub role in Operating RoomMin USD $26.13/Hr.
  • Max USD $43.11/Hr.
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
