Join a global leader in live event infrastructure as it launches a new event technology division and builds its sales team from the ground up. For more than 25 years, the company has powered some of the world's biggest festivals, concert tours, broadcasts and sporting events, including Coachella every year since 2002. Backed by private equity, it has completed 16 acquisitions since 2021 and operates across North America, the UK and Europe, with the largest power fleet in the UK and Ireland. Its newest division, formed through a recent acquisition, brings event technology to the same world-class clients the company already serves. This is a rare chance to be a founding seller in a new division with the backing of an established global brand. You will help build the sales function, shape the go-to-market strategy and grow with the division as it scales. The role is a consultative, relationship-driven sale. You will hunt for net-new business across festivals, stadiums, venues and corporate events, partnering closely with an experienced implementation team that delivers on everything you sell. Existing account managers own current client relationships, so your focus is on opening new doors and building the pipeline. In this role, you will be: Prospecting and closing net-new event technology business across festivals, stadiums, venues and corporate events Building relationships with event producers, promoters, venue operators, production companies, agencies and corporate event teams Managing the full sales cycle, from sourcing your own meetings and discovery through proposals, negotiation and close Partnering with implementation teams to scope solutions and ensure flawless delivery on site Collaborating with existing account managers and the broader company to cross-sell into established client relationships Helping define the division's sales process, messaging and playbook as one of its first sellers Traveling to client sites, events and industry trade shows Keeping a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRMWhat makes this opportunity unique? Ground floor seat in a new division, with a direct hand in shaping how it goes to market Global category leader trusted by the biggest names in live events for more than 25 years Built-in credibility and warm relationships from an existing client base across festivals, tours, broadcast and sport High-growth, well-capitalized company with 16 acquisitions since 2021 and continued expansion Direct reporting line to the incoming COO, with a lean, entrepreneurial structure and no bureaucracy Proven earning culture where commission is truly uncapped and top sellers earn $1M+ a year Clients include festivals, stadiums, venues, touring productions, broadcasters and corporate event organizers

You will build your own pipeline from scratch, set your own meetings and create structure where none exists yet, which suits a true self-starter. Live events run on tight timelines and high stakes, so you need to sell solutions your implementation team can deliver flawlessly. That means staying closely aligned with operations from first conversation through event day. Collaboration is non-negotiable here; lone wolves will not succeed. Success comes from relentless prospecting, strong relationships across the events industry and a genuine team-first approach. The Right Background 3+ years of B2B sales with a proven record of closing net-new business Experience selling into live events, festivals, stadiums, venues or corporate events Event technology, production or experiential background strongly preferredA true hunter who books their own meetings and enjoys building from scratch Highly collaborative, with experience partnering with operations or implementation teams Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, less structured environment Strong CRM habits and pipeline discipline Willing to travel regularly to client sites and events
