What You'll Do: As our District Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the performance and success of your assigned restaurants. You will: Lead, mentor, and develop 6 General Managersand their restaurant teams Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution across all 6 locations Drive sales growth, guest traffic, and profitability Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining Firehouse Subs brand standards Manage and improve labor, food cost, scheduling, inventory, and other controllable expenses Analyze restaurant performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans for continuous improvement Ensure restaurants meet company expectations for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational execution Implement company initiatives and execute training and development programs Build a positive, accountable culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and high performance Coach General Managers on leadership, restaurant operations, financial performance, and team development Conduct regular restaurant visits and follow up on identified opportunities Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development Partner with company leadership to achieve market and organizational goals
