Project Manager (Focus on HVAC and Mechanical)

Pay: $75k-$125k Salary /DOE | Location: Maryville, TN | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits Join a growing team managing commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects throughout Maryville, Knoxville, Alcoa, and Lenoir City, TN. We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience leading HVAC and mechanical projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical construction projects. Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Review project plans, specifications, and engineering documents. Support design coordination and help resolve technical and construction challenges. Facilitate project meetings and serve as the primary contact for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years of project management experience in construction, mechanical contracting, or a related industry. Working knowledge of HVAC, piping, mechanical systems, or industrial construction projects. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Authorization to work in the United States. Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks and drug testing.
