Combee Rd., Lakeland, Florida 33803 Email: hr@adenacorporation.com *Must be authorized to work in the United States*Drug-Free WorkplacePosition DescriptionPerform structural connection welding on beams, columns, plates, and steel assemblies Execute welds meeting 3G and 4G requirements Use Stick (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW/FCAW) welding processes at a minimum TIG welding as required (preferred, not mandatory) Read and interpret weld symbols, blueprints, and connection details Ensure weld quality meets visual and structural standards Follow all safety requirements, including PPE and fall protection Work efficiently to meet production and project deadlines Position Requirements 3+ years of structural welding experience, including connection welding Qualified for 3G and 4G welds at a minimum Proficient in Stick (SMAW) and MIG/FCAW welding (minimum requirement) TIG welding experience is a plus Strong understanding of Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols Experience working with heavy structural steel, including beams, columns, and girders Ability to perform fillet and groove welds to structural standards Experience using grinders and other welding-related hand and power tools Ability to work at heights and in active construction environments Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred ExperienceStructural steel erection and field welding Connection work on columns, beams, and girders Experience welding from lifts or manlifts Commercial, industrial, or heavy construction projects Equal Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer
