To enhance the capabilities of the Underwriting Department, the full-time remote Underwriting Trainer will develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring a high standard of service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and facilitate training programs focused on service excellence and technical knowledge
Lead the onboarding process for new employees, introducing them to company culture and service standards
Assess and measure training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback to enhance future initiativesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree preferred
Minimum three years of training and development experience
Proven remote facilitation skills
Quality assurance experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
