Residential HVAC Technician

What You’ll Do: Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Install and replace HVAC equipment when needed Clearly explain repair options and provide accurate estimates to homeowners Educate customers on energy efficiency, system performance, and maintenance Perform routine preventative maintenance Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company policies Safely work in varied conditions (ladders, crawl spaces, attics; lift 50–100 lbs)
