1st shift (approx. 6-7 am until 3-4 pm) 2nd shift (approx. 3-4 pm until 12-1 am) A 12-weeks PAID hands-on training experience at our Eau Claire Menards Distribution Center.
Job Description:
This internship will run approximately May 2027 - August 2027.
Collaborate with management to Conduct team meetings
Research new product
Analyze goals, needs & opportunities
Develop management skills
Opportunities to develop Stronger organizational communication
Time management skills
Decision making skills
Skills/Requirements Within THREE semesters of graduation
Open to work 32 hours per week during the summer
Desire to pursue a management career.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the areas of interest.
