Project Manager Trainee

REPORTS TO: Senior Project ManagerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company software platforms Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Communication - Strong written and verbal communications skills, professional customer facing presence, ability to interact with customers, vendors, manufactures, contractors, and internal team members Problem Solving - Able to identify issues, gather information, ask appropriate questions, and work collaboratively to support customer and project objectives Development Mindset - Motivated to learn, accept coaching, ask questions, develop technical expertise, and advance toward future project management or solutions development responsibilitiesWORKING CONDITIONS: Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments may include some travel; both by car and by air.
