Executive Housekeeper, Southland Casino

The Opportunity: Delaware North Gaming is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all areas of the hotel housekeeping and laundry department, including assigning work, training new hires, providing continuous development for existing associates, inspecting work quality, and managing supply requisitions. Ensures departmental expenses remain aligned with budgets and forecasts while maintaining AAA Four Diamond or higher housekeeping standards, applicable green certification requirements, and effective oversight of vendor performance.
