AUTO BODY SHOP RECEPTIONIST/CSR

Job Description: ABX Collision Center in Sorrento Valley is looking to add a receptionist / customer service representative to our team. Auto Body office experience is a plus; we are willing to train the candidate that has the skills and personality that fits best in this environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting all customers and vendors in a timely, friendly and professional manner Answer all phone calls consistently; relay messages immediately to the correct recipient Monitor DRP assignments throughout the day, schedule repair and estimate appointments Performs other administrative/clerical related duties as assigned We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
