Retail Marketing Specialist*This position is fully on-site at our Charlotte office*At Luxuriate Management, our Retail Marketing Specialists play an important role in building customer relationships, representing our clients, and supporting the development and execution of effective marketing and sales strategies. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, communicate client products and services, and create positive experiences that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness for our retail partners. You will also gain hands-on exposure to marketing/sales, customer acquisition, business operations, and leadership development as you progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations. Represent our clients and their brands in a professional and positive manner. Support customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness. Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to execute targeted customer engagement strategies. Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, promotions, and campaign objectives. Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing/sales, communication, leadership, and business development.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop professionally. Comfortable communicating with customers face-to-face.
