IT Support

Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 onsite support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and connectivity problems. Monitor and troubleshoot network devices using Cisco Meraki Dashboard. Support switches, access points, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues. Perform workstation imaging, deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps within the ticketing system. Assist with hardware installations, moves, adds, changes, and infrastructure projects. Escalate complex infrastructure and security-related issues when appropriate.

Qualifications: 2+ years of IT support experience in a desktop support or Level 2 support environment. Experience supporting Windows workstations and common business applications. Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki and network monitoring. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switching, and general networking concepts. Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Cisco or Meraki certifications. CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications. Experience with Service Now, Jira, or other ITSM/ticketing platforms.
