Job DescriptionJob DescriptionVice President of IntegrationLocation: Dallas, TX (Preferred)Compensation: $230,000 - $280,000 base salary + annual bonus + long term incentives/equity + full benefitsAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity backed industrial services platform seeking a Vice President of Integration to help drive the next phase of organizational growth and acquisition execution.This organization operates across highly technical, project-driven service lines supporting critical infrastructure, industrial construction, maintenance, and specialty services throughout North America. Having experienced significant expansion through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, the business is building the infrastructure necessary to scale into a much larger enterprise over the coming years.This is a highly visible executive leadership role focused on acquisition integration, operational alignment, and enterprise transformation. The Vice President of Integration will work directly with executive leadership to ensure newly acquired businesses are successfully integrated while preserving the entrepreneurial strengths that made them successful in the first place.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and has a demonstrated track record leading complex integrations, large-scale business transformations, and cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.What You'll DoAcquisition Integration LeadershipLead end-to-end integration efforts across newly acquired companies from diligence through full operational integrationDevelop and execute integration playbooks, governance structures, and milestone tracking processesPartner with executive leadership to establish integration priorities and value creation objectivesDrive accountability across functional workstreams to ensure integration timelines and objectives are achievedIdentify and mitigate integration risks before they impact business performanceOperational Alignment & Value CreationEvaluate acquired businesses and identify opportunities for operational improvement, process standardization, and scalabilitySupport synergy realization efforts across operations, finance, HR, technology, procurement, and shared services functionsPartner with operational leaders to align best practices while preserving critical customer and employee relationshipsMonitor integration performance and ensure expected business outcomes are achievedEnterprise Transformation & Process ImprovementLead cross-functional initiatives focused on organizational efficiency, scalability, and operational excellenceEstablish repeatable processes and frameworks that support continued acquisition activityIdentify bottlenecks, organizational challenges, and execution risks across the businessDrive process improvement efforts that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-makingExecutive Leadership PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on integration strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change managementFacilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular integration status reportingSupport strategic planning efforts tied to growth initiatives and future acquisitionsBuild strong relationships with leaders across operations, finance, HR, legal, technology, and business developmentChange Management & CommunicationDevelop communication strategies that support successful organizational transitionsEnsure employees, leaders, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout integration effortsHelp foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence during periods of growth and changeAct as a bridge between acquired organizations and corporate leadership teamsWhat We Are Looking For10+ years of progressive experience leading integration, corporate strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, consulting, or M&A-related initiativesProven track record integrating acquired businesses and driving post-merger value creationExperience working within private equity backed, public company, industrial services, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, or similarly complex operational environmentsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groupsExceptional project management and organizational leadership capabilitiesExperience leading cross-functional teams through periods of significant changeStrong analytical, financial, and operational business acumenAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quicklyEducationBachelor's degree requiredMBA or advanced business degree preferredAdditional certifications in project management, change management, strategy, or operational excellence are valuedWhy This Role Stands OutExecutive-level visibility with direct interaction across senior leadershipOpportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy and organizational growthMeaningful ownership of acquisition integration and value creation initiativesExposure to a highly acquisitive, rapidly scaling platform with substantial long-term growth objectivesAbility to help shape the operating model of a business entering its next phase of expansionWorkspire InsightAt Workspire, we partner exclusively with organizations that value experienced leadership, operational discipline, and long term investment in talent.
