Cart Staff

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Attend to all golf cart fleet needs to include: Staging carts in the morning according to daily needs. Monitoring cart return and pulling carts into work area in a timely manner. Washing and cleaning carts after use. Assessing carts for damage and informing supervisor in a timely manner. Staging carts with proper scorecards, pencil and sand in divot bottles. Parking and plugging in carts for charging. Turning carts after rounds as needed by demand in a timely manner. Attend to all practice facility needs including: Picking/cleaning balls from the practice facility area daily. Transporting, washing and sorting balls. Filling range machines with balls. Putting out and taking up flags on the practice facility, morning and evening respectively. Maintaining sand in bottles and filling divots on the course and practice facility. Tournament setup and take-down of signage, tables, chairs and other needs. Other jobs as assigned by supervisor. Education/

Experience: High School Diploma or GEDValid NC driver's license required Customer service experience and knowledge of golf course etiquette desired. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communicate effectively to all groups through both oral and written channels Display a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a good work ethic Demonstrate tact, courtesy and discretion in all interactions with visitors to Keith Hills, including members, Campbell University students, faculty, staff, university officials, and the public. Work independently as well as function effectively in a team and within a diverse group of people. Exercise good judgment in complex and new situations. Detail-oriented and willing to work in a changing environment.
