OVERVIEW: The incumbent willbe responsible forassistingwith all aspects of Shark Ninja’sorder management process, providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders, working with 3PLs and transport carriers, as well as performing general administrative tasks. The Operations Coordinatorwill focus primarily on theaccurateprocessing of customer orders for Shark Ninja’smajor retailers in meeting and exceeding definedobjectivesin support of Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution. They will also work very closely with Finance and Sales to review, research, andassist in corrective actions associated with retailer chargebacks. The Operations Coordinatoris a valuable member of the team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement. The Operations Coordinator anadvocate for the customer and customer experience Here are some of the EXCITING thingsyou’llget to do: Process all orders tosendto the distribution facility. Verify inventoryavailabilities. Deal withlogistics: routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals. Pro-activelyopen-order files by accountindicatingcurrent routing issues & actions/EDC dates. Weekly review of results with Sales teams. Actively work to achieve on-time delivery metrics (OTIF).Escalate issues andidentifysolutions. Research compliance related deductions/errors andparticipatein cross-functional efforts to implement corrective actions. Assistin the review and research of all disputes rejected claims todeterminenextsteps. ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work autonomously. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: University degree, preferably in Commerce.2+ years of experience ina customerservice or account management role.2+ Years of experience with Retail Majors in a B2B capacity.
