C.T. Male Associates, an employee-owned, multi-discipline engineering, surveying, and architectural firm based in the Capital Region, is seeking a driven Structural Engineer to join our Latham, NY office. What Youâll Do: Be involved in all phases of building design and construction, for both new construction and renovations. Collaborate with project leadership to develop structural design strategies and engineering solutions that align with project goals. Support Project Managers with research, feasibility studies, presentations, schematic designs, design development, and construction documentation. Prepare design calculations, sketches, cost estimates, engineering reports, construction documents, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution across all project phases. Review and verify accuracy and quality of engineering work. Contribute to proposal development, project closeout activities, and the maintenance of project profiles and marketing materials. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support successful project delivery and identify future business opportunities.
