Campus PASS Tutor Grow Skills Through 1:1 Tutoring

PASS Tutors at American University provide one-on-one tutoring to AU students through the PASS program, with sessions typically 2–6 hours per week on campus. Tutors are AU students, many eligible for Federal Work Study, and receive opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities include tutoring prep, documenting sessions, and attending trainings, plus class visits to promote the program across campus. Positions renew each semester based on student status.
