UI/UX & Web Designer

Type: project-based (potential for full-time conversion)

Hybrid: in-office as needed

Salary: $45-55/hr | $70,000–$95,000 ️ Portfolio: Required What You’ll Do Lead UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, digital tools, microsites, and interactive experiences Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma Design responsive experiences across desktop, mobile, and other devices Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries Translate campaign and communications goals into intuitive digital experiences Partner with developers throughout implementation to maintain design quality and feasibility Participate in client presentations, creative reviews, and new-business pitches Manage project timelines, design documentation, handoffs, and external development partners Help refine the team’s web design processes and best practices

Qualifications: 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or a related digital design role Advanced proficiency in Figma Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished visual execution Experience designing responsive websites and digital products Working knowledge of front-end development principles, including HTML and CSS Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow, web-development workflows, or data visualization is a plus Political campaigns, advocacy, public affairs, or agency experience is also a plus Please submit your resume for consideration.
