Aerospace Quality & Compliance Systems Director

Monarch Space Systems, Inc. in Cleveland, OH seeks a Director of Quality & Compliance Systems to lead the quality infrastructure for aerospace programs. The role will establish ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-aligned systems, chair the CCB, and drive ITR/CRR processes to prepare for prime contracts and government programs. The candidate will build CAPA, lead internal audits, and develop training for compliance, while coordinating with the COO on CMMC integration and qualification roadmaps.
