Salon Guest Experience & Retail Advisor

JCPenney is seeking a Salon Customer Experience Specialist to deliver a welcoming and elevated guest experience at the salon within our store. You will manage front desk duties, schedule appointments, and assist guests with product recommendations to support their hair care routines. In this role you will drive retail sales, reinforce product suggestions with guests and collaborate with stylists to ensure a seamless visit from check‑in to checkout.
