Position Overview:
An established, patient-focused dental practice in Alexandria, Minnesota, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services for scheduled oral surgery procedures. This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation, a predictable daytime schedule, and a collaborative clinical environment. The CRNA will work closely with the dentist, nursing staff, and clinical team to ensure safe, comfortable, and effective anesthesia care throughout procedures and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage anesthesia for scheduled oral surgery procedures. Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and post-procedure recovery. Maintain patient safety and comfort while following established clinical protocols. Collaborate with the dental and medical teams to support quality patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with the Medical Director.
Qualifications:
Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification. Appropriate Minnesota licensure or eligibility to practice in Minnesota. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety. Previous experience with dental anesthesia or oral surgery is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
