What You'll Be Doing:
  • Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
  • Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
  • Painting, staining, and light carpentry
  • Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
  • Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols
  • Skills We're Looking For 2+ years of general maintenance experience 6+ months apartment maintenance experience
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skillsHVAC repair experience and EPA certification required
  • Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
  • Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days
  • A hands-on skills demo will be part of the interview process.
