About the role
Join Our Team As A Pretzel Maker Somebody has to make the #1 soft pretzel bun in North America. We would love for you to join! Pretzilla has been perfecting pretzel bread since 1923. Our buns, bites and bagels are in more than 10,000 stores across the country, and we're growing fast. That means steady work, room to grow, and a team that takes the dough seriously!
What You'll Do:
- Keep our lines moving: making, baking, packing and moving product, pans and racks
- Check the details that matter, like size, color, cut and packaging, so every pretzel leaves here right
- Work alongside your line operator and supervisor to solve problems as they come upKeep your area clean, safe and organized, including sanitation tasks
Follow our food safety and safety standards (GMPs, SQF, HACCP and lockout/tagout). We'll train you on all of it.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who shows up, works hard and takes pride in doing it right
- Able to stand and walk the whole shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in cold areas, including a freezer
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a team
- Flexible with hours. We bake around the clock
- High school diploma or GEDFood or production experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you the Pretzilla way
