All roles are cross-trainedbut heres how the work breaks down: Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and process tech orders to match customer specs and deadlines Follow detailed checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness Ship with speed and careevery order is a reflection of our team 60; Receiving & Processing Inspect inbound shipments and verify items against purchase orders Record all inventory in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Flag and resolve any issues or discrepancies 60; Inventory Control Support regular cycle counts and keep storage areas organized Help track high-use and high-value items Ensure systems stay clean, current, charged and accurate Youre a Fit If YouHave 2+ years of work experiencebonus points for background in retail, restaurants, or other fast-paced environments Are comfortable using Mac and Windows, Google Suite, Slack, and other warehouse systems Communicate clearly and keep teammates in the loop Stay calm under pressure, keep a sharp eye on details, and meet deadlines Take initiativeif your tasks are done, you jump in to help the team Can lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a warehouse setting
