Overview: A financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Consultant to support banking product updates, marketing material reviews, and cross-functional business initiatives. This role coordinates review and approval workflows, tracks project deliverables, and helps ensure customer-facing materials and internal processes remain accurate and aligned with applicable requirements. Candidates with banking or fintech experience and a legal or paralegal background are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities: Review marketing materials, product descriptions, and customer communications for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal policies and applicable requirements. Coordinate change management activities related to banking products, processes, policies, and business initiatives. Track project milestones, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines to support timely implementation. Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, legal, and operations teams to gather feedback and coordinate required reviews. Support updates to banking product documentation and related business processes. Maintain organized records of changes, review comments, approvals, and supporting documentation. Communicate project status, outstanding items, potential risks, and delays to relevant stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve review procedures, documentation, and change management workflows.
