Whisper Creek Dental Care in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a caring Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a modern, family-focused practice. Responsibilities include comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, radiographs, sealants, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings. You will educate patients on oral hygiene and partner closely with the dentist to develop treatment plans. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative, patient-centered team environment focused on comfort and trust. Provide routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Perform periodontal assessments and charting Take and evaluate digital dental radiographs Apply sealants and fluoride treatments as indicated Conduct oral cancer and soft tissue screenings Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and home care Review medical histories and update patient records accurately Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning and patient care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients of all ages Dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy Periodontal assessment and charting Digital dental radiography Infection control and sterilization Local anesthesia administration Dental instrumentation and polishing Oral hygiene and home care instruction Electronic dental records documentation Sealant and fluoride application Patient communication and chairside manner Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Colorado CPR/BLS certification Local anesthesia certification (preferred/if required by state)
