Change Management Manager (contract)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an interim Change Management Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives in Dallas, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will guide change efforts tied to technology adoption, process improvement, and operating model evolution, helping teams prepare for and sustain new ways of working. The role requires a strategic communicator who can partner with senior leaders, translate complex project updates into clear messaging, and strengthen engagement across impacted groups.This is a 3-month contract position100% remoteInterim Change Management Manager (contract position):Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders, project teams, and affected stakeholders to build alignment, gather feedback, and strengthen support for transformation initiatives.Create and lead structured change management plans that support major programs involving digital tools, artificial intelligence, and broader organizational change.Prepare leadership teams with clear talking points, briefings, and messaging so they can confidently sponsor and communicate upcoming changes.Develop audience-focused communication and engagement initiatives that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption across impacted employee groups.Turn project updates, metrics, and business context into clear visual materials that help teams understand objectives, progress, and expected outcomes.Facilitate impact assessment sessions to compare current and future state processes, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions.Conduct readiness and adoption evaluations to measure preparedness, track progress, and highlight areas requiring additional support.Design training approaches, learning materials, and enablement plans that help employees successfully transition to new processes and technologies.Contribute to continuous improvement of change management methods and incorporate practical approaches for digital and AI-focused transformation efforts.Demonstrated success leading end-to-end change management for large-scale business or technology transformation programs.Hands-on experience supporting adoption of AI, digital platforms, or other enterprise technology solutions.Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across leadership and cross-functional teams.Experience developing communication strategies, engagement plans, and executive-level messaging for complex initiatives.Proven capability in conducting impact, readiness, and adoption assessments and using findings to guide action plans.Background in creating training strategies and learning support materials for new operating models or systems.Solid project management, planning, and process improvement skills with attention to measurable outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way.
