Licensed Practical Nurse

ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide high-quality bedside care across partner healthcare facilities using our digital marketplace. In this flexible, contract role, you’ll select shifts that match your schedule, deliver direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, and collaborate with RNs and physicians on care plans. Ideal clinicians are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable using technology to manage schedules, documentation, and communication in fast-paced care settings. Provide direct bedside nursing care to patients in partner facilities Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition Support RN and physician-led care plans and escalate concerns appropriately Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Use ShiftKey’s digital platform to select shifts and manage availability Patient assessment Medication administration Wound care IV therapy Electronic Health Records (EHR) Care planning Vital signs monitoring Infection control Communication with interdisciplinary teams Documentation and charting Active LPN license in state of practice BLS/CPR certification IV certification (preferred) Experience with EHR systems
