Health Yes Talent Partners is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician for an established independent medical practice in the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area. This full-time outpatient opportunity offers a four-day clinical workweek, an experienced multidisciplinary team, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with children and families. Position Highlights Four-day clinical workweek Outpatient pediatric practice One evening shift per week Partial Saturday approximately every four to six weeks Shared call No pediatric inpatient admissions Established physician and advanced-practice provider team Modern laboratory and diagnostic resourcesEMR patient-management platform
Responsibilities:
Provide preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care Conduct newborn, infant, child, and adolescent wellness examinations Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor physical, developmental, emotional, and behavioral health Educate patients, parents, and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, advanced-practice providers, and clinical staff Participate in shared call and limited Saturday coverage
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one Strong communication and patient-education skills Commitment to evidence-based, family-centered care Pediatric behavioral or mental health experience is a plus Bilingual skills are valued
