Senior Conflict Defender - Lead Attorney & Supervisor

Monroe County is seeking a Special Assistant Conflict Defender, an experienced attorney, to supervise lower-level defenders and represent indigent clients in Family Court, City Court, and Appellate Court. The role reports to the Conflict Defender and requires strong leadership and courtroom proficiency. The ideal candidate is fully licensed to practice in New York, with extensive knowledge of Family Law and CPLR, and an ability to manage staff and communicate clearly under pressure.
