Middle School Science and Homeroom Teacher $48, 823- $55,000

Responsibilities: Teach Science to students in Grades 5–8 using engaging, hands-on, standards-aligned instruction. Serve as the Middle School Homeroom Teacher. Plan, prepare, and implement effective lessons that support student learning and achievement. Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of scientific inquiry and discovery. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic needs of students. Assess student learning, maintain accurate records, and communicate student progress with families. Coordinate and oversee the annual Middle School Science Fair. Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment. Collaborate with faculty, administration, and staff to support student success and school initiatives. Attend faculty meetings, school events, and required professional development opportunities. Integrate technology and instructional best practices into daily instruction. Uphold the mission, values, and teachings of the Catholic Church while serving as a positive role model for students. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
