Production Manager

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities: Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Coach, mentor, and develop employees Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve efficiency Support staffing, scheduling, and communication across shifts Maintain a safe and positive work environment

Qualifications: Production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong people management and coaching skills Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Bilingual English/Spanish is a required
