First Business Bank is seeking a Director to lead our Company Retirement Plans within Private Wealth, based in Madison, WI with flexibility to Milwaukee. This leader will guide strategy, ensure a high-quality client experience, and manage a team of retirement planning professionals. You will work closely with Commercial Banking and Private Wealth, strengthening relationships and expanding services for commercial clients and prospects across Wisconsin.
