Senior Project Manager - Business Process ManagementRequired Qualifications:6+ years of experience in business process management, process engineering, process optimization, program management, project management, consulting, operational excellence, or related disciplinesKnowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, workflows, and associated business processesExperience developing business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworksBachelor's degree required; OR four additional years of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreePreferred Qualifications: Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and risk and control identification and assessmentComprehensive understanding and application of project management methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision makingExperience leveraging data and analytics tools to monitor performance and drive business outcomesExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or related continuous improvement methodologiesUS military experience gained through military service or gained as a military spouse/domestic partnerKey Responsibilities: Support end-to-end business processes, including strategy, design, performance management, controls, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement to achieve business and customer outcomesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that enhance capabilities, improve operational performance, and support association objectivesPartner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, resolve issues, and deliver sustainable solutionsEstablish and monitor process performance through data, analytics, controls, key performance indicators, and governance frameworksIdentify, assess, and mitigate operational, regulatory, compliance, and delivery risksDrive organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies that support adoption and realization of business valueDevelop business cases, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworksManage cross-functional initiatives focused on business transformation and operational excellence
