Process Improvement Industrial Engineer II – Manufacturing

Kohler is seeking an Engineering Analyst II to support manufacturing operations on day shift. In this role, you will analyze production data, optimize processes, and implement improvements to increase safety, quality, and throughput. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, reduce waste, and standardize work practices. Using lean and Six Sigma tools, you will document procedures, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency while supporting Kohler’s commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and world-class craftsmanship. Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Optimize processes to improve safety, quality, and throughput Lead and support lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with cross-functional teams Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation Support new product introductions and process validation in manufacturing Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for leadership Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance to reduce waste and downtime Implement sustainability-focused process improvements Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in daily operations Manufacturing process analysis Lean manufacturing Six Sigma tools Data analysis and reporting Statistical process control (SPC) Root cause analysis Process documentation Continuous improvement (Kaizen) CAD or technical drawings literacy ERP/MES systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) OSHA safety training
