Key Responsibilities: Drive configs definition, track hardware changes, coordinate builds, and manage associated POs. Work with cross-functional teams and external partners (including international teams) to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Track issues, identify root cause, and drive resolution. Analyze electrical build data, identify issues, and drive corrections. Work with cross-functional teams and external test partners to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or related field.3+ years of relevant industry experience. Understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies. Proven problem-solving and system optimization skills. Experience working cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications2 or more years of wireless module development experience from early concept to MP for consumer electronic devices. Additional experience in packaging, product engineering, ATE, and reliability engineering is highly desirable. Experienced in managing vendor teams and leading cross-time-zone meetings. Very good communication skills, verbal and written. Familiarity with wireless module manufacturing flows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive corrective actions. Experience in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures while communicating risks with prioritization.
