Leading the implementation of global AI governance frameworks, the full-time Director of AI Governance will ensure compliance with evolving regulations while driving operational efficiencies, collaborating cross-functionally with technology, legal, and data governance teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the Responsible AI Framework, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements
Partner with data governance teams to establish processes for high-quality data integration into AI solutions
Foster a culture of Responsible AI Governance by educating stakeholders on best practices and compliance requirements
Required qualifications:
BA or BS in Business or a related field
Extensive experience in privacy, data governance, or AI governance, particularly in healthcare environments
Proven track record in implementing compliance or risk management frameworks
Experience managing initiatives in a matrix organization and driving cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated ability to work with multi-national clients and navigate multiple jurisdictions
