Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Overview As Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you design and deliver impactful learning that strengthens manager capability, boosts organizational effectiveness, and engages a global workforce. You will partner with HR and business leaders to build practical, scalable programs and manage learning platforms. You’ll lead cross-functional projects, measure impact, and support ERG initiatives to advance our people strategy. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and learning technology to drive real results within a global, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design engaging content for instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats aligned with priorities Facilitate manager training programs, workshops, and development sessions Lead delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of core learning programs Collaborate with internal teams to create learning content for employee platforms Plan and support employee engagement initiatives aligned with L&D priorities Contribute to ERG initiatives and programs Partner with HR and leaders to assess learning needs and implement practical solutions Use data and outcomes to measure effectiveness and guide improvements Administer and support the Learning Management System (LMS) including setup, assignments, records, reporting, troubleshooting, and maintenance Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 8+ years of progressive L&D experience Strong instructional design and content development experience Experience facilitating training programs; leadership development experience preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone)Professional presence with ability to work with employees at all levels including executives Discretion with sensitive information Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Willingness to travel occasionally Ability to complete other assignments as directedcommunicationcollaborationinterpersonal skillsinstructional designadult learningfacilitation (in-person/virtual)
