Service Advisor Titus-Will Automotive Group is a long-standing, family-owned dealership group serving the South Sound since 1938. We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our busy, high-performing Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac service department in the Olympia Auto Mall. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor looking for strong earning potential, a busy service drive, and long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned & Benefits
Pay Range:
$75,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications) Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance-based incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan (eligible after 90 days) Paid training Employee discountsPTO: Earn 1.0 hour for every 40 hours worked Highly productive shop with modern equipment and the newest technology

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
